Manage My Health - cyber incident
Manage My Health is the third-party provider that supports the online patient portal used by many healthcare organisations across New Zealand, including ours. At this stage, we have been advised that no Tāmaki Health patient data has been identified as being impacted by this incident. There is currently no evidence that your personal or health information held by our clinics has been accessed or compromised.
Manage My Health is actively investigating the incident and has engaged specialist cyber-security experts to support their response. We are working closely with their team and will continue to do so as their investigation progresses. Protecting the privacy and security of your health information is a priority for us. We will provide further updates if any new, relevant information becomes available.
