A very small number of our patients were affected by this breach. If you were one of those affected, Manage My Health will contact you directly and advise of next steps. You can also check if your account was affected by logging onto your MMH account through their website – there is a notification banner on the homepage showing your account security status. We will keep you updated on any more information that comes to hand.
