Wellness Support
Comprehensive wellness support services delivered by our dedicated team of healthcare professionals
Who we are
The Wellness Support Team provides free, fully funded wellbeing and mental health support to registered patients of Local Doctors, White Cross, Bettr, and partner clinics across the Tāmaki Health network in Auckland.
We offer a range of individual and group services that support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. All services are available at no cost and can be accessed through your GP clinic.
How we can help
Everyone experiences stress, difficult emotions, and life challenges at times. You may notice feelings such as sadness, worry, anger, or feeling overwhelmed. These experiences can affect sleep, appetite, relationships, motivation, and enjoyment of everyday life.
If stress or emotional difficulties persist for more than a few weeks, it's important to talk with someone. Support is available, and you don't have to manage things on your own.
