• Access to 24/7 online care with Bettr.co.nz at the enrolled patient price - enrolled kids are seen free of charge. Consults for adults are just $45 or $25 with a community services card

• Free 30-minute consultations with a Health Coach or Health Improvement Practitioner, to discuss any health or wellbeing concerns

• Access to additional services that can help to manage long term conditions, as well as access to minor surgeries and mental wellness support

• Access to our online patient portal, Manage My Health, which allows you to check lab results, view your health & immunisation records, request repeat scripts, and in many cases book appointments online

In clinic or online

Our 24/7 online GP service supplements in-clinic care. It's a great option if you don't need to be seen in-person, or if you just can't get to a clinic that day. Bettr.co.nz is the online service from Local Doctors - it allows you to access care from the comfort of your home, work or wherever. If you're enrolled with us, our Bettr clinicians can access your health records for your appointment, ensuring continuity of care.  Enrolled patients pay only $45 for an appointment with Bettr, or $25 with a CSC card, and it's free for enrolled patients under 14.
