About the facilitators
This programme is co-facilitated by two youthful members of the Wellness Support Team who bring energy, relatability, and a genuine understanding of the challenges young people may face. They create a safe and supportive space where participants can explore wellbeing topics, develop practical skills, and connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges.
