Overview
This 6‑week programme supports holistic wellbeing through a blend of mindfulness meditation, Te Ao Maori perspectives, psychology, and medical science. Our evidence-based programme has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, support emotions, build resilience, improve relationships and overall wellbeing.
The programme focuses on:
Mindfulness meditation practices
Gentle movement and light yoga
Breathing techniques
Teaching from psychology to promote self-compassion and resilience
Communication skills to support healthy relationships
Connecting to our values and supporting overall wellbeing

Programme details:
Programmes run in person across Auckland and online, with daytime and evening options.
1 session per week
2.5 hours per session
Available in both 6-week and 8-week formats
Referral options:
GP, Nurse, Health Improvement Practitioner, Health Coach, or any other member of your healthcare team

The programme is facilitated by experienced mindfulness practitioners who combine evidence based approaches. They create a safe, welcoming environment where participants can develop practical skills to support their mental, physical, and overall wellbeing.
