Where will my next appointment with Dr Rama be?
Before 1 September, come to the clinic as usual. If you have booked an appointment with Dr Rama for on or after 1 September, it will be at the new location of Local Doctors Kolmar Road, 133 Kolmar Road, Papatoetoe (see the map below for directions).

From 1 October you will be able to sign up to Manage My Health. It’s very easy to sign up and to use, giving you instant access to be able to:
Request repeat scripts
Book appointments (with Dr Rama at Local Doctors Kolmar Road, or with another clinician at the clinic if you prefer)
Check your test results
Access your health records, including your immunisation details and prescription history
Manage your health goals and track your progress

How much will I pay?
We have included the Local Doctors Kolmar Road fee board below. Consultations will be cheaper in most instances.
Where will my health records be kept?
Dr Rama will take all his patient files, including your health records, across to the new location with him. Files will be imported into the Local Doctors patient management system progressively throughout the month of September - we thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through this.
What do I need to do next?
Your enrolment will automatically be transferred across along with Dr Rama. When you are next in the clinic for an appointment, the receptionist will ask you to sign an enrolment form, but otherwise everything will be taken care of for you.
We do encourage you to sign up to our patient portal Manage My Health for faster, easier access to healthcare. It will be available to you from 1 October - it is very easy to sign up to and to use. From Papatoetoe Medical Centre, continue along St George Street, towards Kolmar Road
Turn right up Kolmar Road
Local Doctors Kolmar Road is on the right at 133 Kolmar Road (opposite Big Mart). See you there.
