Minor illness medical certificate (not for ACC or WINZ)

Medical certificates are now even easier to access with a quick phone consultation with one of our nurses. Just $10 for enrolled patients, free for under 14 yrs and $30 for casuals.

Your medical certificate will be emailed directly to you following the phone consultation. Please note, this service is for minor illness medical certificates, it is not suitable for ACC or WINZ certificates or if you need additional help such as a prescription or medication.
