*Prize draw closes at 8pm on Thursday September 30th 2021. Winners will be drawn at random on Friday 1st October from list of all enrolled Local Doctors and White Cross patients who have received their first COVID-19 vaccination before the close date of September 30th – this includes patients who have received their first/and or second COVID-19 vaccination before the announcement of this competition. Prizes include 10x $1,000 PAK N SAVE vouchers. Only one voucher may be won per enrolled patient. This prize draw is not open to any Tamaki Health employee. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
